		<description><![CDATA[Clearwire/Clear has been ripping me off of almost 3 years. Each time I call to solve my problem Im either transfered from chat to a call center and ill advised to suspend instead of cancel due to outragous cancellation fees and inconvience. Then later to be slapped in the face with an irrational bill and no resolution to my problem that is embedded in their notes on my account. There is no physical office to go into for assistance. No true attempts to rectify the problem. I am furious at this company and how difficult they make it for the consumer. Their customer service is a joke.]]></description>

I canceled the debit card they had on file and refused to allow them to automatically deduct payments from my bank account. I stopped paying for internet and am ready to switch to a new company. Anything but Clear and Comcast. I also noticed they will shut your internet off a month early to make it seem like you are late on payments, when in reality, you have actually paid up till the end of that month. They always want to have one month extra so that if you decide to cancel, they will come out on top. Bunch of cons!]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[2/16/13 - Re-signed up for Clear internet service. (I cancelled about three months prior because the service was not worth the $50/month I was paying. No major problems-it simply was not worth the price.2/1/13 I received email saying that if I came back I could pay less than $50 to get started and only $20/month for six months after that. So on Saturday, 2/16/13, I signed back up and paid $46.65 over phone with my Visa (Originally the account included myself and my husband. Asked Clear to remove my husband AND his Visa card from the account completely because we were separated. I, solely, was going to be responsible for the &quot;new&quot; account. They said they would do that)By Sunday evening my modem had not been able to connect to the internet, at all, it could not even locate a network. I spent hours on phone with tech support on Saturday and hours again on Sunday. By around 4:30 pm I was ready to give up. But before I even told them go ahead and just cancel it I made sure to specifically ask, &quot;If I were to cancel the service right now would I receive a refund for the payment for $46.65 that I made yesterday?&quot; The Clear representative informed me that yes, they would issue refund for $46.65 and that it would be in my account in 3-5 business days.So i authorized cancellation and she transferred me to billing to verify all of my Visa info and again I was told by a second Clear Rep. that $46.65 would be in my account in 3-5 business days.By Saturday, 2/23/13, still no refund. The billing department rep. told me that he saw that the refund was being processed and said it should be in my account by Tuesday, 2/26/13. Fast forward to yesterday, 3/09/2013-still no refund called Clear, explained situation, and then I was told they showed the refund as being sent AND processed so she was going to transfer me to billing so they could look into it. SIX MINUTES later the billing rep. was telling me that there was never a refund issued to me, there would never have been a refund issued to me because they &quot;didn&#039;t have a legal obligation to issue a refund&quot;. After a lot of arguing and being transferred few more times I was eventually told that $46.65 would be in my account in 8-10 business days..yay..except this morning Clear withdrew $46.65 from my estranged husband&#039;s bank account. Same account I asked them to delete from their records. A bank account that I have NEVER been authorized to access, an account I was never even slightly apart of. I can not even watch the shortest You tube.  The wheel of death.  call customer service !  Wow, It must be imbarrassing to work there.  Recently,  E-mail won&#039;t connect anymore.  Has never done that before.  Usually, its just the .5 up and down speed that ticks me off.  I call using a cafe, the speeds there are way better.  But, its a tad noisy.  I say, I can check my E-mail through gmail.  Can you send me the directions to this issue.  &quot;Well if you can&#039;t access your email, it won&#039;t do any good&quot;  I reply, &quot;Thank you so much for your help.&quot;  Dispite all the things I wanted to say.
