So I'm having the same problem many people are - Most the time I have dial up speeds- while I was promised that I'd get around 4megs a second always - no throttling.... now they want to charge me to cancel. Please contact me

When I called on march 16 they said they were canceling my account. I got another bill on April 12. They said when I called in I agreed to renew at the same price evn though I was completely unhappy with their service
