7.5 hours spent over 3 days on the phone and then I had to figure it out myself....and the quality of the messages left are 70's soviet union quality electronics....pathetic

So I'm having the same problem many people are - Most the time I have dial up speeds- while I was promised that I'd get around 4megs a second always - no throttling.... now they want to charge me to cancel. Please contact me
