I, like many, many others, having serious problems with Clear's throttling policy. What they advertise as 'unlimited internet' is a scheme in two senses: first of all, it's not really unlimited, it's 'fairly fast until you hit the limit'. Once you hit the limit it throttles you to the point ...

I contacted CLEAR.com's customer service tonight because my internet
has been really slow (for general web surfing and of course it's
buffering every fifteen seconds for Netflix). The first thing the rep
