Why do companies shoot themselves in the foot by outsourcing their customer service to companies abroad? I thought the technical people were bad until I got on with customer service. Their english is so incredibly broken that they cannot be getting 10% of what I am saying. ...

I'm on a 3 Mb/s unlimited home plan (for years, actually). I did 2 OS net installs in one day, about 11 gigs or so. The next day I was throttled to 1 Mb/s, from 3 or 4 Mb/s. My upload speed is down to about 200 kb/s. The funny ...

Just another vote to count.
I have been tracking my internet speed for a solid month now. I am throttled on a daily basis to 50kB/s, with a one hour window at exactly 3AM which I am throttled LESS, perhaps 400kB/s +/- a bit.
