I can’t even begin to explain the ways I have been lied to, misrepresented, and insulted, even CALLED a liar! All in an effort to resolve connection issues! The people I have spoken to the 5 or 6 times so far didn’t speak conversational english. I have been refused the right to speak with a supervisor until tonight when I refused to disclose my account information. The man was quite possibly the rudest, and least comprehensible, yet! I have been told I was a thief and have had my own words twisted against me. The money that has paid for this worthless service(in my building,at least,) is from a trust fund with lots of lawyers that would like nothing more than to use their debt to me to settle a 110.00 clearwire account in my name. They are not nice! The supervisor I got ahold of on try number FIVE ended our conversation by telling me that he couldn’t talk to me about anything we’d discussed in our hour long conversation. I dont understand. Neither did he. It must be the LANGUAGE BARRIER. My attorneys have told me that I should TRY to resolve this situation on my own. I agree, but have still filed with ripoffreport.com, along with 812 others. The chief complaint seems to be people that don’t speak English and credit card fraud. I will hold off on my BBB complaint and call to attorneys until Wednesday,in hopes that this DEPLORABLE situation can be resolved. I will never NOT be disgusted, but eagerly anticipate a QUIET resolution. If not, your “supervisor” has my attorney’s contact information.
