Clear Sucks – User Submission by Patrick H.
May 10th, 2012 | by Admin |Well my story begins a while back. I had Clear internet service for several months until my computer died and then I didn’t need it any longer. I cancelled the service and Clear said I would have to pay early termination fees. I told them I did not have a contract nor did I sign a contract and never would. Two months passed and one day I noticed a charge of $178 on my credit card. I called the credit card company and they quickly gave the money back when I said it was an unauthorized amount. Then I with drew all the money in my account. The very next day Clear resubmitted the charge against a zero balance and the debit card company paid it anyway. Now their stuck with the charge and I have moved on to another bank.
Anyway please be aware of this scam Clear company!
