April 18th, 2012 | by Admin |When I called on march 16 they said they were canceling my account. I got another bill on April 12. They said when I called in I agreed to renew at the same price evn though I was completely unhappy with their service

I am also being charged twice a month. I checked and saw that they reduced my monthly bill and was satisfied. When I began the process of changing my account I then noticed that it was twice a month. Well guess what? I’m not going to give them my new account number and they can just guess what happened to me.

Clearwire will not stop taking money from my bank acct even though I requested and cancelled my service with them 3 times, but they keep taking money. They make it impossible to cancel services with them they put you on hold for ever and transfer your call to different people two or three times
total wait is over an hour after all the transfers and on hold waits
after that they tell you that someone will call you.
no on calls and they keep biling you
It is a strategy to make you tired waiting.
