March 21st, 2012 | by Admin |We were told that the service was like a pre paid phone…you pay for a month you get a month, you don’t pay you don’t get….not true… Even if you don’t use the service for a whole month they still charge you. We only use it to game…$50 a month we pay, but only when my husband is home. So we started the service had it for the month. He had to leave to go back to work do 45 days later when he came home I call and pages the 50$…. Well a few days later there was a charge on our card from clear for another $50…. Pissed I called and asked why they say for the service…oh by the way we bought our modem….I explains that we were told it was a month to month if we use it we pay….nope not the case, rather you use it or not you pay….what a rip off…..
