Ripped me off 2 – User Submission by Linda H.

I ordered this service and my speed is so slow I cannot even watch video and when I call they are rude and tell me to limit my usage. I was told I have unlimited access they flat outright lied to me and I was charged 162 for initial set up and 50 per month and refuse to give me back money I spent to purchase the device which when I look at their devices it is some refurbished thing. I feel like filing a suit in small claims court and I intend to report them to the BBB-my connection speed is 132.3 kbps- is atrocious, I am so tired of being ripped off what can I do?

    I wish I could say that 132.3kbps is bad for this ISP – but I envy you, almost. At the moment it’s the only service available at my address and my average speed is much, much lower. Dial-up speeds. I was downloading at 5.56kbps earlier.
