Former Clear Employee Submission
February 10th, 2012 | by Admin |I was originally working for Best Buy in NY until I got a job offer from one of the Clear reps. I worked for them for about 5 months, went through three changes in management and was constantly given the wrong information about the products. I was told when they hired me that I would get 40 hrs a week. Guaranteed. After the last change in management my hours were cut from 40 to 30 to 20 and then finally last week I was only scheduled for 7hrs. I did not receive my weekly schedule for this week and after speaking with a coworker I was told I wasn’t even on the schedule.
I bombarded my management with calls and texts for an explanation and I was not even given the courtesy of a reply.
For all those people who are looking for a job with Clear. DON’T.
The “management” is unprofessional, they hire you with bait & switch tactics and the product they tell you that is better than DSL is no better than dial-up.
