Cancelation of service – User Submission
February 10th, 2012 | by Admin |I recently canceled my service due to Clearwire closing down their office in Anchorage, Alaska. The service was mediocre at best. The signal or modem was not working. There was no local office or kiosk to visit since December 10. 2011. So I canceled my service by phone. Well, I think I was routed to an outsourced office in Asia. I had problem understanding what the person was saying. Then again having a hearing aid and an old mobile phone did not help. The person keep trying to keep me from canceling. She tried to get me to have a technician check my wireless signal. From where it was going to be checked from was a mystery to me. I finally was able to cancel my service. Most interesting, was on their website, they said they were not adding clients to their service locally, but were advertising for 4G service.
