Urgent ! Any Dealer Under Master Agent Crystal Speed In Harrisburg Needed ! – Dealer Submission

Crystal Speed this time last year held of TWELVE dealers in central PA ALONE !!! Today there is only ONE ! It is our belief that CHIN NUYGEN President/Owner of Crystal Speed is now moving his SCAM to other states including but not limited to Texas/Florida/Georgia/North Carolina. We desperately want to know if you too are experiencing non comunication, Large holds on your commission checks, Claims of high amounts of charge backs with no supporting proof and constant lies. Our attorney is putting together a large complaint and the Attorney Generals in 2 of the above mentioned states are now involved. AGAIN If you are a dealer UNDER CRYSTAL SPEED – National MASTER DEALER out of Harrisburg PA Contact us ASAP. You may have dealt with Dennis, Star, Kris, Chinh, Chau.

    Guys, I was a direct dealer with Clear in Las Vegas and my brother ran a Clear operation in Dallas. If you are experiencing high rates of charge backs through this guy, it’s probably not because of him. We had above 10% charge back in Las Vegas and my brother may have even had 20% in Dallas even though Clearwire claims an average of 2-3%. It absolutely killed our business. My business model could not support that rate of charge back and we failed. Towards the tail end of the operation we had to protect ourselves by holding back on our checks to our reps for months until the six month charge back period was over for each commission. Our agreement with our reps was that charge backs would be assessed to them, as they were responsible for creating a dedicated customer. If you already paid the rep a commission and he stops selling clear, when that charge back comes, there’s no way you are going to be able to collect the commission back from the rep, and in our case we were paying commissions over $100/sale. I can’t vouch for this Nguyen guy’s character, but you may end up discovering after spending a lot of money on a lawyer (who will not do this case on contingency) that this dude was within legal bounds in holding back his commissions for a while, and to your surprise, these outrageous charge back claims were legitimate.
    As a sub dealer, you are just as responsible for the failure of Clear to offer a service that customers hold on to as your master dealer is.
    What I mean by that is all parties involved were sold on a bad business venture and the only blood you’re going to draw is your own (by paying a lawyer and chasing money by spending more money).
    On another note, Clearwire also held our last commissions four months after folding until the end of the six month charge back period. So at that point we didn’t have the money even if we wanted to pay the reps right after the sale.

    While I appreciate your feedback I must disagree. The guy we are dealing with is a KNOWN scamster in the wireless community. He previously had Many Sprint PCS stores that were shut down overnight for similar practices. We have insiders info from within his own walls. We auctually already have an attorney that did take this on contingency in addition to the TWO STATES Attorney Generals Offices that are also cuminicating together on this. His operations are about to be haulted. His motto at meetings is ” Dont screw with peoples Money ” Thats all hes done. While we all agree clear is by all means going bankrupt and is a horrible product he joins them in screwing people over, lying daily, and scaming everyone. He is a crook and POS. His wife looks like playboy chick so she will have no problem divorceing him and having more kids woth someone real.

    Lol. You won’t get anything out of Chinh Nguyen. He abandoned all of his malls in Philadelphia area earlier this year. Lots of shady stuff going on with Crystal Speed.

    This guy held 30% of our commission just in case of chargeback, in addition to last 3 months of commission. Did not give reports of the chargeback or commission reports. Would not respond to calls or emails. Staff does not send out reports or responds. I would like to join the lawsuit.

    Yes, in our market as well they scammed out lots of people of their commissions. Chinh and Chau has ashamed their family and are currently in hiding. They will not pick up their phone calls and are big pump and dump scam artists. They did the same with Nextel and even bragged about it and now doing it with CLEAR. As soon as CLEAR heard about their scams they immediately closed their code and warned the sub dealers.

    Chinh Nguyen had to take down his linked in page because of so many dealers contacting their contacts and warning them. We need to do the same with Chau Nguyen who still has his Linked in contact up.

    Kris who we all dealt with was not involved in the scam at all and as soon as she found out she jumped ship right away.

    Whats funny is clear would not believe me whe I told them what he was doing. I was there #1 dealer in the galleria mall. He fed me so many lines of BS. Now I hear his shop is now a NAIL salon place LOL It should also be noted that CURTIS the gm of clear in this region didnt stad up for the dealers and even cancelled me all because I was shooting out very verbal emails regarding what was going on. What a douschebag Curtis is. I hope he slips in dog shit every day. We are still owed over 30 K by Chin the THIEF ! I find it hard to believe kris did not know. I guess chinh can always pimp his playboy bunny wife out i one of those massage parlors. She would fit right in. Ill have to come by and see her for a hr if she is working in one lol.

    Believe it or not his also scamming stylist for their money and, working under the table!!! Some are even being slaved without getting paid commission or hourly!! Chinh should be banned from any type of business in the U.S, he refer to his employess as american slaves!!!
