August 20th, 2010 | by Admin |I was tired of Comcast raising my bill by 20% every year so I thought I would try a different provider. I called Clear wire and talked with one of their salespeople. These guys are all the same, born liars, just saying anything to get you to agree to sign. I agreed to go with them if they could guarantee that their price and their crony Direct TV’s price came to what their salesman quoted. (You have to sign with them then they switch you over to Direct to sign with them.) It wasn’t even close so I immediately called back and cancelled. They still sent me all the stuff and it took several calls to get a return authorization. After all that they didn’t give a full refund. Something about a registration fee of $35.00 that’s not refundable. Funny the salesman forgot that part. I’m still fighting with these goons and they will probably send this to collections to screw up my credit rating. Is there any big business that can do what’s right? Chuck B
