Went for a job today and I did not get hired. They have no training classes for new hires. They expect you to know everything about the company and their net work of Clearwire. Only a few days of training on the phone and paper. The company tech have no way or channels to report the problems to the upper management for the phone calls that is reported. If you have a problem that is not common to your call no book or manual to go to or referral too. Otherwise if the telephone tech has no back up to another level of help. No updates to problems. I could not understand a company had no SOP like in the Army.
IT seem to me no training and have your knowledge or just the Certification of Network +. Things change in the industry and they not have your back side as tech working for their company. The person who was interviewing me he was somewhat lost too.
They should look into how they train people. I told him about this web site and he said I was wrong of this. Told him the power goes down on the system and was in the different web sites under Clear web sites. I did my home work before I went into the job interview. It was an experience that day.
