I purchased a ClearWire modem on March 3, at a local Best Buy store. The rep from ClearWire assured my that I had service in my area, and that if for whatever reason I was unhappy, I could return it anytime in 30 days, and get a full refund ...

Customer service checked are location to see if there product would work at are location and they said yes it would so ordered the they deducted the money off of are credit card and than sent the order when we got the product and pluged it in there ...
