		<description>Same story with me. It was fine for a while, but the past 4 months it&#039;s been totally useless. When they replaced my modems I was charged a &#039;restocking&#039; fee for the others, and the ones I got are no better. 

HOPEFULLY a class action suit will come soon. These guys need to be taken to task and bankrupted. They are dishonest and incompetent.</description>

		<description>We got clear in May, 2011. It was working great until the last couple of weeks. Now its running between .4-.75 mb download. I&#039;m about to call and have it out. Futile? So what. I&#039;m paying for a service, I should have the product they advertised. Someone is about to have a bad night.</description>

		<description>My brother got clear on march,15 2011 they told him they where no wifi towers in our area, the said that they were gonna buid one near by our spot, my brother payd with credit card, he payed $60 for there crappy service, we have 2 laptops and the wire less wifi modem... for the first few days it worked fine but then it started going on and off, so it got really annoying, it only worked for him... Its really a scam....</description>

		<description>The service was great till a storm went through the area (Lemont, SW suburb of Chicago)on June 4th, 2011. Now I can barely get a signal. Customer support does nothing. Problem is in the tower but they wont fix it until they receive enough complaints! Spent over 3 hours on the phone with tech support. Each call is the same.  &quot;Can you move the modem by the window, have you tried unplugging the modem.  Each time I have to retell the story to each technician.
Is anyone else in Lemont having the same problem?</description>
