February 25th, 2010 | by Admin |I have dealt with this company for long enough. I can not get a steady speed anywhere in my house. At some points ill get almost 1mb/s for about 30 seconds and the majority of the time it is slower than dial up! Gaming is impossible! I am tired of waiting five to ten minutes for a page to load. I cant take it anymore. I am canceling my account. I refuse to pay any fee they charge for cancelation. I never signed anything saying I was on a contract. If I have to, I will press charges. I have been robbed for long enough!
