i have already called to report them pulling money out of my account and we never had the service. they said they couldn’t find an open account. im sick of them doing this

    I’ve had clearwire for about a year now and I have to agree the speed sucks. Even though my connection info says 100 mbps, websites still take too long to load. I frequently download work related files (some as big as 400Mb) and watch the speed (usually starting at 75k) drop to around 20k. So slow that my downloads often time out partially downloaded. I’m afraid this is going to be another AOL type pain to cancel.
