February 16th, 2010 | by Admin |I just got this service on Friday 5, 2010. I have a great connection to the tower. I always have five green lights on my Clear Modem. But, my service only gets 56 Kb service (Netzero speeds). A far cry from the 4 to 6 Mb service that I paid for. Luckily, I’m still on my trial period. I WILL CANCEL AND GET MY MONEY BACK. Thank all of you for sharing your experiences. The customer service people are well trained in persuading people to forego cancelling their service before it is TOO LATE. All those people being screwed out of $175 is a pretty good business. That much easier then spending money on expanding the service and purchasing enough bandwidth to deliver what is promised.
