February 16th, 2010 | by Admin |I got clearwire in summer of 2009 in norh las vegas. i bought all the gear because Dan the salesman said, its the las internet you will ever need. once i got it home it worked good. then shit started to crumble. The speeds were diminishing. they say the two towers next to me were conflicting. i must of called customer service who were nice but oh so clueless a million times, the tech people were like crackheads. there solutions were to give me 1 month free service instead of finding the problem. one crackhead tech said, that they have 1 thousand towers here in the las vegas area and very few ground technicians who are probably more clueless than the cracked out tech reps. Clear is a nightmare of a company who i see will not be around in 5 to 10 more years. Clear sucks sweaty balls.
