February 5th, 2010 | by Tim |we got clearwire and had little trouble at first, then we baught a house in july of 2009, and they dont provide service there,i called to cancel the service they said we will send you lables to return the modem, the lables did not come, in sept of 09 i called again and they said they would send the lables out again, but we did not get them so in dec 09 i called again same story we will send them now it is feb 2010 still no lables we have been charged $35 a month auto pay for jul aug sept oct nov dec jan and now feb they wont send me lables they wont cancel my plan til they recieve the modem they wont refund the money for the 8 months of service they did not provide its like dealing with the moffia my name is henry and i am very pissed off
