Still waiting for my refund...it's been weeks and they are still giving me the run around. They sold me service in my area and I can't get service here and now they keep telling me 24-48 hours for my refund. What a rip off.

We are wanting to sue Clearwire for breaching the contract they have with dealers. We were a Clearwire dealer and need others to join the fight. They breached the contract in numerous areas and we want to file suit.
