January 27th, 2010 | by Tim |Filed a consumer complaint with the FCC, Also asked the Texas AG office and the FCC fraud waste and abuse office to investigate whether federal stimulus funds were used to “upgrade” my rural acesss when it was downgraded instead.
When I first started complaining I got throttled down in an effort to get me to cancel. Got throttled up until they answered the FCC complaint on 1/08/2010 and now my intertenet sucks just like it has before.
