Well If you had a field tech to come out & he cannot prove that your service works @ an adequite speed then you have a right to cancel the service. So if you can't get anywhere with the Retention rep... Then advised them that you are getting a lawyer & filing a complaint to your state Attorney General about thier shady practices. But, you must have proof that the service doesn't work for the majority of the time. Also, I just checked & I see that Clearwire doesn't even have BBB Accreditation anymore. (I guess they were tired of all the complaints on there. LOL... They never scored higher than a D- anyways:) "SAD SMH". So if you have thier service you need to RUN for the hills or wait until At&t & Verizon LTE mobile Internet. That's going to be coming out really soon. " Which will be Faster than Wimax & cheaper to maintain". So think about it people! Cheaper for them = Cheaper for US:)
