This is another bad experience since they change my modem to the “”Super Fast, CLEAR”" I have problems to access most of the simples sites , so now I can not use my computer for almost any site to stream videos , radio , movies etc. this is the worst experience with a internet provider that I never had . And is like many others said , Modem looks like excellent signal(5) and is drooping every 2 or 3 seconds is Worst that if you use a Dial up connection (56k) .
I planning cancel de service tomorrow and will star for the eternal search for the best and secure internet provider.
Este es el peor de los servicios actualmente desde que ellos cambiaron mi modem al supuesto servicio super rapido y ha resultado un FRAUDE , cancelare el servicio seguramente mañana y buscare a otro servicio mejor y seguro.
