Took 6 calls to tell me on the final call: there is an outage in your area. 1st call: Your bill is 5 days past-due, you have been cut-off I will give you 24 hour access. Still no internet. 2nd call: Oh, the prior person didn’t put the 24 hour access to the modem, I will do it. Call #3: Unplug your modem, then plug it back in should be fine! (Still no internet). Call #4: Tech Support – I will delete your modem and re-enter it, give this 5 minutes then turn it back on and should be fine (still no internet). Call #5: Tech Support; I cannot figure this out I will forward this and someone will call you in 24 hours. Call #6: there is an outage in your area, please wait at least an hour and should be back up.
Internet was back up in less than one hour.
