January 6th, 2010 | by Admin |My name is Joseph R., I Have unfortunately two home modems and two mobile internet usb’s with these guys. IT SUCKS!!! I am being ripped off of two hundred dollars a month for the crappiest internet on the planet… i would be better off with my old Att mobile and cox cable internet. What the hell?! i am very disappointed -and shame on you white collar guys for false advertising. i never received the fast internet service you very falsely advertised. With your dumb bakery cup cake-with sprinkles add. How can i get out of this redicules contract? please someone help me! CLEAR SUCKS!!!!

Only thing you can really do is try some speed test @ http://www.speedtest.net & document your upload & download speed & compare it to the advertised speed offered. However, if you are in a contract you will have to jump through more hoops. They will offer to send out a feild tech to try to disprove your theory; by sending a tech into your house (Can you say invasion of privacy… JK LOL) moving the modem in rediculous places & making idiotic placement suggestions. But, don’t back down. If they cannot prove that the service will work where you want it then advise the tech that you still want to cancel (If they can’t fix the issue) Then proceed to call thier customer service to cancel the service until they have thier crappy modems back. Hope, this helps:)
