So, when the end user (you:) is using more bandwidth than the pre determined maximum amount allowable the company slows your speed down &amp; sends you those stupid emails or letters. Saying that your on a shared network &amp; please secure wi-fi routers &amp; peer to peer settings. Doesn&#039;t sound too unlimited now huh... LOL. All I can say is try to speak with someone in management about this &amp; read over your terms of service. If you did agree to this you have to live by that rule or cancel &amp; get Cox back...</description>

		<description>You are being throttled.  If they think you use &quot;too much&quot; bandwidth, they make your modem work worse than dialup.  In other words, if you use what you are paying for, they cut you back.  Go back to Cox, you will glad you did.  I used to work for them so I know what I am talking about.</description>
