Then they put me over to another dept that was going to have me wait another 10-12 minutes. So pissed, it was like they were trying to piss me off. I was paying $33.00/mth then I called to see if they had a faster service, they said they would upgrade me to a faster service and charged me 42/mth and it made no difference inspeed but they try to say it is a problem they will put a ticket in to check the antenna.
