December 21st, 2009 | by Admin |I have been a Clear aka Clearwire customer for 4 years. The service used to be good before they made the switch to the new WiMax service. I am paying for 5 Mbs service and most of the time can only get 0.5 Mbs. I contacted customer service to address this issue, and they are very friendly, but cannot seem to fix the problem and so far have refused to credit my account. I am in the process of finding a new ISP in the area. I would highly recommend that anyone considering the Clear service, look at other providers. Take it from someone who has already given them money and is not satisfied with the service. STAY AWAY FROM CLEAR!!!
