In the last month or two, even though I have three to five "lights" showing excellent signal strength, I frequently will lose the connection to the web and it may take quite some time to come back on. This seems to happen most when traffic may be highest. I'm going to drop service with them if it does not change SOON. They were very good in the first year I was with them.
