December 14th, 2009 | by Admin |We’ve had Clear for about half a year. Up until last Tuesday, it was fine. Good speed, no connection issues. Since last week, Clear has been down for HOURS at a time, multiple times per day. Called customer “service,” they said the issue has been resolved, despite us having to call them for the past four days straight. They also told us if it was having issues, to do the normal “unplug, wait, etc etc etc” and it will work. Yeah right.
