Clearwire – User Submission by PEte
November 17th, 2009 | by Tim |I started grad school. professors email shit all the time you need internet in grad school. clearwire could hook me up in a day, and time warner had a 5 week wait. I should have waited.
1) clearwire is slow as a good f*ck..and that is good for f*cking but bad for internet speed.
2) hey! it randomly stops working
3) hey…they turn off the customer service at night!
I am in a two year contract. I plan on faking my death when i graduate and getting out of it early.

Yes, it is true, they shut off your service. ” in repair of their towers”. My question was why didn’t I get notification of this issue? ya-di-ya-da. and more ya-di-ya-da. After spending 45 minutes on the phone with clear level 2 specialist with my wife conferenced in, the customer service put us on hold. never came back on. We may have lost a $2500. photo shoot because of the lack of internet for 48 hours. When I called back and was transferred 3 times they miraculously got our internet working again??????? and credited us a woping $15.00..I feel so stupid, wish I kept Keyon. If there is another outage, I’m going to bite the big one and sell the equipment I purchased and go with cable. Good luck to you all.
