Is Clearwire another name for dial up? I can't believe they market their Internet service as broadband. On top of that, their customer service is worse than any I've ever experienced. I think it's harder dealing with Clearwire than it is climbing Mt. Everest.

OPEN LETTER TO CLEARWIRE:
Clearwire contract expired end of August 2009.
Called in June to find out how much it would cost to cancel the contract then - $100. Paid in advance for July and August and was told to call before the end of August to cancel service.
