October 27th, 2009 | by Tim |Is Clearwire another name for dial up? I can’t believe they market their Internet service as broadband. On top of that, their customer service is worse than any I’ve ever experienced. I think it’s harder dealing with Clearwire than it is climbing Mt. Everest.
For nearly a year I have dealt with slow, sputtering Internet connection. I’ve also asked for a modem replacement as I get 5 solid green lights on my modem but it takes nearly 3 minutes for a site without graphics to load. I’ve called tech support about the same issue 3 times and on each occasion I feel like I’m talking to someone who has about as much technical savvy as a paper clip.
Clearwire is CLEARLY the worst ISP on earth.
