They failed to provide me with reliable and consistent internet service. I called to try and cancel today and they want to charge me close to $400 in early termination fees. I explained that the PC card works only about 1/3 of the time. The rest of the time, I have to constantly uninstall and reinstall their driver. That's the best technical support they could provide. It rarely solved the problem. Our regular modem only gets about one to two bars of reception, and it is far too weak for me to watch streaming video on my Roku. So, I want to cancel and they want to punish me for it. They provided terrible service and I'm supposed to just suck it up? When I asked to speak to a supervisor, their customer service rep explained that one was not available but one will call me back within 72 hours. Wow, what an awesome customer service model!
