I was on hold for 2 hrs. I've been a customer for 7 yrs. I f'in HATE them. - I've been leasing 2 modems for 7 yrs and it cost me $5 for each per month - when I canceled, they charged me $40 to "restocking fee" of the modems - day I canceled was the day when the monthly auto-payment went thru - I kindly asked them to prevent this or give me refund for I stopped using Clear for weeks AND I wanted to cancel it ASAP, so I won't be using it for the next month. He said NO. they can't reverse it. I called to cancel my Clear service. I was on hold for 2 hrs. I’ve been a customer for 7 yrs. I f’in HATE them.

Ive had it for about 4 years and its never been reliable. Sometimes it amazes because its so fast, but then 90 percent of the time it just sucks. It is slower than dial up most of the time. And I get 4 bars of signal. It takes hours to find signal everytime I want to turn it on. Im tired of this bullshit. Cleawire is just awful! Ive had it for about 4 years and its never been reliable.
