I’m curious as to the current state of the CLEARWIRE service. This is suppose to be part of the 4G wireless broadband service that COMCAST is launching as “High-Speed 2go” which has Sprint as part of it as well.

The reason I’m checking is I was just signed up as a dealer for Comcast for this new service. I just happened upon your site and lost my enthusiasm pretty quick. I won’t sell anything with this kind of reputation.

I would think it would all be getting better as Comcast & Sprint and pushing this down the pipeline to beat Verizons 4G service launch. I’m wondering if your getting complaints from Atlanta which is one of the areas Comcast’s service is being offered. Any info on that?

Appreciate any input you have that can be useful. I got the idea on the negative part and how they have been running. Is it changing for the better is what I want to know. It should be but that doesn’t mean it will. Last thing I want is my name ending up on your website. I have some high standards and ceratianly wouldn’t do what they have done to people.

I would be very careful here. As a third-party dealer for a Comcast resale of Clearwire’s WiMAX service, the question becomes one of accountability. Who owns the problem when a customer has a service issue? You? Comcast? Clearwire? Sounds like a tricky path to navigate.
