I moved in April and transferred my service to my new address. I have not had a signal since I moved. I have called several times, gone into 2 stores and no one appeared to care at all. One person said they would send someone in the area to see if I had coverage. I called back once and they said they never sent anyone out. I went into one store in the town where I live, he showed me on his computer I had no coverage. I went to another store where the first person told me to go and he told me I was on the outlying area of coverage. I doesn't matter to me where I am on the map. I don't have coverage. I finally closed my checking account so they couldn't continue to take my payments, and I just unhooked my modem and phone. I hope this goes to trial!!!

Have you tried positioning your box in different areas of your home? I had less service downstairs but when I moved my modem to the 2nd story of my home and in the window of one the rooms I recieved perfect service, obviously anytime we have a severe thunderstorm my avialable sevice decreases, but other than that it's great now.
