July 29th, 2009 | by Tim |I had clearwire for almost 2 yrs my so called contract expires in oct.. but since I am been downing some song for my ipod they threaten to cancel my acct 2 x’s saying my modem upstream is blocking others out.. I am paying for it.. who cares. They are like you have to share, okay with that but why hassle me with that problem, they boast about having the best connection possible and fast.. yeah right… I want them now to cancel me i am fed up… they make rules and promises they don’t live up to it. they suck in customer service and trying to get a person on line it like pulling a tooth.. They claim they are there to help, no they arent’ well next month they are gonna get a shock , i was paying automatic on my debit card.. well i got a new one due to a virus that got into my pc someone used it.. so Now I am taking action… let them take me to collections… they are gonna wait right along with others bills i got behind with.. only way they are gonna pay is if i hit the lotto and maybe not even that… so clearwire your company sucks and live up to your promotion, I went from 3g to now 1g stream… I have formatted my pc and can;’t use it.. they won’t help me sayings it my linksys router.. which it isn’t it brand new.. so they are liars……….. don’t trust them go to verizon or cable… is where i am going to… .A VERY UNHAPPY PERSON WHO WAS SUCKERED TO GET CLEARWIRE.. good luck getting someone on line that has your information. and they don’ t help they make it worse………..!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
