After 6 months of trying, I am still trying to get Clearwire to accept my cancellation request. The service was terrible when we had it. We only had reception if the modem was placed in an open window. We were told by Clearwire that it is not designed to work through double pane windows. Really? How can that be true? After a year of being online with the windows opened, we moved out of WA to Atlanta. Even though we moved out of their coverage area they would not accept our cancellation request unless we physically brought in the modem at the store we purchased it at. What part of we moved out of state already did they not understand? After phone calls each month, they still haven’t cancelled our service despite our request. Now they say they will send us a shipping label and the account will be cancelled with a $130 fee when they get the modem. OK, I’ve never had to send modems back when cancelling DSL services. I don’t trust that will send the shipping label or the cancel.

How can I join the lawsuit?
