Sometimes the signal would go out so I do the unplgging thing thinking that the USB needs to cool down, then I plug it back and it still doesn't connect. I've complained to the guy who hooked me up a few times and all he says is that "That shouldn't happen." Then somehow he me and him started talking about religion and he was preaching to me about how my beliefs were wrong and then he started saying how he can tell Japanese and Chinese people apart because one has a skinner/slimmer face.
