I use Clearwire, too. I ordered a pc card service back few months ago, and the pc card they sent was not ever compatiable with 64 bit laptop. Then, they called me in April telling me now they have the new version of PC card that goes with my laptop. They told me I can have a free trial they won't charge me for anything until 7 days after I install the card. It turned out that they charge you no matter what and they see you purchased it since I didn't retrun the card within 7 days. I argued with them for about 45 minutes in my office after talking to the manager and manger's supervisor they finally agreed refund the charge which is a credit to my Clearwire account for future monthly charge. YOu need to be patient and stay on the line with them if you are pissed and think they do deserve to make money out of you
