June 21st, 2009 | by Admin |I terminated my service with clearwire May 2009 after almost 2 years of amazingly shoddy service..I have multiple calls to customer service about my lack of service .They said that crews were supposed to be fixing the towers that were only 4 blocks from apartment.
But come to find out service crews never went to the towers..
I would have anywhere from 12kbs to 1 meg service.
In May 2009 I moved to a area where they dont service. So I returned the modem,paid the last bill.
And they stuck me with a 160.00 early termination fee.. I raised hell..They dont service my area so why should I pay that .
And then they multiple charged me the same amount 160.00 on my bank card.
The charges are still pending one has been pending for almost 15 days.
I found a website where in April of 2009 there was a class action lawsuit charged against clearwire.
So fuck off clearwire. Im not paying the fee, and I changed my bank card.
