Clearwire is anti military – User Submission by David H.
June 16th, 2009 | by Admin |I have been a customer of Clearwire for 5 years, I have had little trouble until I went to Iraq for a year they gave me a hard time just placing my service on hold while I served in the army out of country. They charged 15 dollars just to put a hold on it after I had to talk to many representatives. I was told it was indefinite for the duration of my orders but they lied and six months into my deployment they started billing me full price for something I had no ability to use seeing that I was in f-ing Iraq… They gave my wife so much trouble on the phone she just let it go and paid the bill on both modems. One she used and the other was not being used and didn’t get used for the six months she paid it. Now I HAVE TO, not I want to but I have to go to Colorado on orders from the US Army and they want to charge me the 175 dollar early termination fee for that modem I have for my laptop which I have had for almost 18 months… Not on the one for my wife’s computer which we have had for 5 yrs. This company is anti military and this needs to get out. I will never use this company again. Please spread the word.
