I spoke to another rep about speed issues and said that I am still below dial up speed.His answer was quite simple, just hang in there for about 6 months and they will have a new service in my area called clear.Heres the link http://www.clear.com/ ...

I terminated my service with clearwire May 2009 after almost 2 years of amazingly shoddy service..I have multiple calls to customer service about my lack of service .They said that crews were supposed to be fixing the towers that were only 4 blocks from apartment.
