Cancellation Fee – User Submission by Glen N.

I was declared permanently disabled and have to move closer to relatives (which does not have clearwire). I called to discuss and they demand 220 dollar cancellation fee. That is very expensive. I was told that it was pro rated at 5 dollars for every month that I had service – woopie – I used to hate Verizon but they are better than this company – I have never paid a cancellation fee that was that high – the Direct TV fee is $75.00 which is reasonable – but 220 dollars is not – They will eventually lose as customers will let the world know – I now have a bad taste in my mouth for most ISP’s and Phone services – moving services to India and charging large amounts will eventually get rid of the ANTI AMERICAN and anti community companies – Clearwire is definitely a bottom feeder.
