May 24th, 2009 | by Admin |As you can see I do have this piece of shit Crudwire since January of this year and the reason why was that I wanted to get away from Comcast. Now a very bad decision. At first I was astonish haw customer service was when the installer came and help me install this black box of doom and I had a clear signal which meant that all 5 lights were on. But, it was running slower than it was. The installer stated that it could be my pc. So I got that taken care of and it was OK. A month later, I haven’t have a good signal due to a snow storm and some trees were knocked down, but I cut them all the way down. But, I still couldn’t get a good signal. So I’ve called Tech Support and they stated go to Speedtest.net. (Now this shows me how slow this thing is). Now I stated that it was below the actual speed that I should have in which it was 0.32Mbs. That’s slower than dial up. Hell, I can “walk” to a website faster than this. As a matter of fact, If I want to download a small 3 minute clip it will take up to 3 hours to get it. Now that’s pathetic! So if you want to save a headache don’t get ripped off by there little ads. As a matter of fact if you ever see those little signs on the road, just take and rip them up. Because all it is, is a bunch of Bullshit.
