Much the same as everybody else. Live in Mercer Island, WA. Service drops out daily, at best it is like a dial up. Tech guy came out and has sticky taped it on a window. Looks quite funny. Still doesn’t work, even though they have tried many towers. Spoke to ALICE, a supervisor at clearwire after jumping through departments and trying to get sold on keeping it. No resolve and said I had to pay the $140 termination fee. I have reported to BBB and will speak to best buy about their partnership with clearwire and how it reflects on their stores. I really have no choice, I will pay to be done with them. Very disappointing.
